Registered Cattle
Registered Herefords have played a predominant part at the Imig Ranch. For over 60 years Imigs have tried to maintain a functional, good milking herd and have stressed uniformity, good udders and top performance. Currently, they run about 325 Registered Cows of which 95% are of SR Sabre 769 breeding. The also have 140 bred replacement heifers that are bred to outstanding Hereford bulls. |

The commercial cattle originate from the registered herd. The only outside influence has been from Angus bulls used to sire the black and red-baldy calves. |
